The Belgian Sweets Collection, set to launch in time for the Valentine’s Day and White Day season, features a selection of traditional Belgian treats reimagined in luxurious chocolate.
One of the highlights of the collection is the "praline," a chocolate filled with cream or nut paste, first created by a Belgian chocolate brand in 1912. Another standout is the "boule de neige," a white, snowball-shaped treat believed to have originated in France but actually created in northwest Belgium in the early 20th century. In this collection, the "boule de neige" is reinterpreted as a vanilla-flavored white chocolate mousse wrapped in dark chocolate, then dusted with powdered sugar and biscuit crumble to recreate the treat’s snow-like texture. The melt-in-your-mouth sensation will surely bring a smile to your face.
Additionally, six beloved Belgian confections have been transformed into chocolate masterpieces, including the "Classic Chocolate Waffle" drizzled with Liège syrup and "Ecussence Peculos," a traditional confection dating back to the 17th century.
Other delightful creations in the collection include the "Bomb au Chocolat," a round chocolate cake shaped like a bomb; "Skip a Beat," a raspberry ganache encased in a bright red heart; and "Manon Praline," inspired by the traditional Belgian "Manon" coffee-flavored praline. Each piece is crafted with care, evoking the joy of sharing sweets with loved ones and family.
The collection offers two types of packaging: the "Belgian Sweets Assortment," featuring striking Art Deco-style tile artwork with a lion and cityscape motif on the lid, and the "Belgian Sweets Grand Place," presented in a chic navy blue box adorned with a gold-leaf lion's coat of arms motif.
