Drawing in Monochrome
On January 19th, INO Hidefumi's "MEMORIES" Studio Live Movie will be released—a live video that reinterprets songs from his latest original album MEMORIES with a band arrangement.
The video was recorded on November 1, 2024, at RITTOR BASE Studio in Ochanomizu, featuring a performance with support from Iga Wataru (bass), HINA (drums), and HIROKO (keyboards). The band performed six songs, including "INTRODUCTION," "WHO ARE YOU?", and "FUTASHIKANA SEKAI." Shot with four cameras, the video captures the performance in striking monochrome.

Ino reflected on this project, saying, "I wanted to create a documentary-style live video, capturing the raw band performance in a monochrome studio setting without an audience. The excitement was heightened by the visual of human skin and flesh accompanying the songs I usually record alone, giving me a chance to appreciate the power of live performance and the significance of having my band play alongside me."
To commemorate the release, a limited-edition "MEMORIES" Studio Live tote bag will also be available for purchase at the official online store starting on the same day.
